| Working with us and our guarantee. We are more than happy to give you a quote when you come into see us. We wont hold back on you nor will we give you any rude shocks down the track. After all, making and keeping friends is what it is about. OUR GUARANTEE 1. Our business is based on giving you what you desire through honesty and integrity. Your referrals are what ensures the success of the studio so how you feel is important as is what you say. 2. If you are not happy with your photo session, we will re-photograph at our cost. If after we re-photograph and there is nothing you like, we will refund your session fee no questions asked - we want you to be happy with what we create for you. 3. Five years replaced free for any defect that should arise from the manufacturing. After two years, we will replace your portrait should it be damaged no matter what the cause for 50% of the current list price. |
