TRACTOR PULLING and a little ROAD RAGE

Tractor Pulling and a Little Road Rage, is another of the great events that is put on at the Warracknabeal Museum.

Like in true tradition, every year the museum has a different theme and sometimes, like this year, a little something different to enthuse all those who stayed out in the evening to witness the tractor pulling.

Well the tractor pulling was .. like tractor pulling, which is great to see these machines of yesteryear, go through the paces of trying to pull the sled.  We have Inters, Chamberlains and many more varieties, along with the crawlers like the Cat D2 and the Inter T20 which compete.  But this year, we had a couple of bigger varieties - one a Cat. and the other, a Komatsu.   Could these pull the sled?   They sure did, but it is what happened after this pull that the excitement really started.

Some car owner left their car in the wrong place and now they have a variety which, well if you live in the wrong place you may have seen them, but this one is not really of the variety which will hold its value any longer, not after the Komatsu had its way!  It's one of those new sleek, low profile models.

Great viewing all the way through ... good fun with the crawler.
