WARRACKNABEAL

Into the Wimmera Mallee to Wheatlands Museum and here we see a very large collection of tractors, including some dating back to the teens which are of a rare nature.

The feature tractor of this rally is the Lanz bulldog.  See the parade and the little one of 1920 driving around.  Only one of these in Australia and hear the story on this one.  But there is more to this program than just tractors.

See vintage cars, see Clydesdales working in the field working with strippers, winnowers, reapers and ploughs.

But the special bonus of this 30th Annual Rally was the handing over to the museum of Ben Hall's Cobb & Co coach, which is the only coach to have travelled right around Australia with a team of horses.

  Check out the starting of a Fowler tractor with a cartridge, plus there is an article on a studebaker with dual wheels all round.

On the tail end of this program is a drag-line.  Interesting to see it removing the black mud from the base of a dam.

Excellent Grand Parade of 15 Lanz Bulldogs and other vehicles at this event.
