ORFORD ONCE MORE

Well after the last rally at Orford, we just had to return and see what would be at this one and we were not disappointed.

As per usual, the rally rolled out on into the night and the lights from the generating plants came on which always proves to be a treat, lighting up the perimeter of the oval.

But the engines that showed themselves at this rally, were truly amazing - and these were rare items indeed.  Of particular not are engines like Wolseley, The NEW WAY, the ANGUS, the GOLDFIELDS, the KL Silo Engine, the Cliff and Bunting - these are only a few of the rare engines that were there.

This rally is one of the few that is growing across Australia, and it is easy to see why.  The atmosphere is just wonderful - true laid back country style with the bush setting to give it 'true blue' Aussie flavour.

For the engine enthusiast, this program has the engines that is sure to please with all bar one running to let you hear their distinctive sounds.  And the only reason that this one is not yet running is that is it so rare that parts are still coming from America - hopefully to complete it.  It is even rare there, and the only one known in Australia.

For rare engines, this is a program for you, as there are heaps to see.  So sit back, relax and enjoy this program at Orford Once More.
