TIME TO SOW TIME TO REAP

TIME TO SOW TIME TO REAP is the continuation in the story in the development of farming.

In this program we begin with some innovations in soil preparation and then move on to seeding, followed by harvesting.

Of particular note is the effort and persistence of some notable Australians in the quest to get the grain off in our unique climate.  It also looks at who invented what and when although some is still open to argument today.

The question who invented the harvester, the reaper and so forth all come under the spotlight.

This program features the majority of items in operation in the field from horses, market garden tractors to tractors that were in use in the larger land holdings.

The comparisons to what were used yesterday to today is an awe inspiring spectacle.  This is something to see.

Tracing times from Mid 1700's through to present day, this program holds entertainment value fro the horse, tractor and farm machinery enthusiast with the program focused with operation in the field.
