KUKERIN

This is another program that takes us to Western Australia and this event was superb .. there is no other way to describe this event which was the last for the 20th Century.

One of the features of this event was the convoy that came in with all the equipment.  This you have to see - it is something that you wont see in the eastern states, and then again,  you may never see anything like this again, ever.

Kukerin is a only a small town in the southern wheat belt, but this rally would have to rival the best of them.  The line up of equipment is second to none - in many ways, this rally rivalled the likes of the National Rally.  This one was big and only for a day and a half.

We have a look at some of the tractors that roll up, and view them later in the Grand Parade, but the main focus of this rally is the working bulldozers - and this is something that you have to see.  From one of the big modern ones, right back to some oldies.  And when you stand next to the older ones, they see big until you put them up next to these larger ones.

Some of the tractors that you will see in the Grand Parade are quite unique to W.A.  Some of the other aren't quite as unique as there is another like it somewhere else but in some cases only the one other.

Plus, see what the young lads get up to on this one weekend in the year when $3,000 is up for grabs.  And how about this truck that set this hauling record.  You wont believe what it did.

There is so much to see.  If ever you wanted to see a rally that excels, this is it and it's all here on KUKERIN - you will love it!!
